Our Idaho Association of Pupil Transportation (IAPT) proudly announces and invites you to participate in our
2021 IAPT Annual Conference, scheduled for June 22 – 24, 2020 in Boise, Idaho. Specifically, The
Tradeshow and vendor demonstrations will take place on Wednesday, June 23, 2021. Transportation
professionals from all areas throughout the state of Idaho attend this ever-growing conference seeking
information, support and assistance; particularly with increasing operation efficiency. Transportation supervisors and school bus technicians participate and are eager to learn about technology, partnerships and products that will help with their transportation programs.
You can help! We invite you to showcase your valuable goods and services and take advantage of this opportunity to network in a strategic way. In the past couple of years more than 200 professional transportation providers attended and we look forward to another great event. Please consider an additional opportunity. Vendors who sponsor breaks, meals or an afternoon/evening social gathering during the IAPT Conference and Tradeshow will have a brief time slot to pitch their slogan to attendees, will receive publicity in the IAPT Conference program and will appear on the Centre’s kiosks located throughout the facility. Please see the IAPT Conference Schedule attached and select the day and time slot that works best for you. In addition, vendors may purchase advertising space in the conference program.
The conference and tradeshow will take place at the Boise Centre on the Grove in beautiful downtown Boise,
located at 850 Front Street, Boise, Idaho 83702. Vendor set up will begin Wednesday morning at 6:30 am for
school buses and 9:00 am for booths. The arena’s loading docks are located on the west side of the building on 9th Street. Vendors may have assistance with loading and unloading and you may ship any equipment to the Boise Centre on the Grove, 250 S. 9th Street, Boise, ID 83702. The Tradeshow will start at 12:30 pm and run through 4:30 pm. Lunch will be provided for vendors at 12:00 noon and for the attendees at 12:30 pm. IAPT will hold prize drawings throughout the event with major drawings near the conclusion of the show. We invite vendors to contribute prizes for the drawings. IAPT will provide audio assistance for drawings vendors wish to hold themselves.
